Amina is a lawyer with 8 years+ experience in immigration and administrative law.
She has acted as a litigator in the Migration jurisdiction of the Federal Circuit Court, the Federal Court and the High Court. She regularly acts as an advocate at the Department and Tribunal stages. Amina’s migration work spans the full range of visas including refugee, family, business and skilled visas as well as citizenship matters.
Amina completed training and internships at multiple social justice and human rights centres whilst a student at UNSW including at Refugee Advice and Casework Service (RACS), Diplomacy Training Program, Kingsford Legal Centre, Human Rights Defender Publication and UNSW Human Rights Clinic – all approved by the UNSW Law School.
