06 Jan Citizenship approved for man with multiple traffic offences & conviction
We successfully argued good character for a client who had multiple traffic offences on his name & 1 conviction relating to a car accident many years ago whereby a man was injured.
As a result of our submissions and supporting documents, the citizenship office was able to approve his application at first instance. No appeal was necessary.
