Successful appeal!
Our client had:
1- 2 assault charges (1 domestic violence)
2- Multiple traffic offences
We were able to show our client was a person of good character as he had reformed and that he was entitled to Australian citizenship.
The Minister’s lawyers defended this case vigorously. Fortunately, the AAT sided with us.
