13 Mar AAT referred our client’s case for Ministerial Intervention
We successfully had our client’s case referred to the Minister for intervention.
The AATÂ clarified that “Your representative has done a detailed submission and I’m prepared to refer the matter to the Minister. Is there anything else you want to add?”
The AAT has a policy paperwork on referrals to the Minister that can be viewed for those interested in this process.
