12 May Appeal WON! (Character/Citizenship/Criminal offences)
We appeared in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal today in a full day hearing for a client who had been refused citizenship on the basis of prior criminal history.
The Tribunal decided to make it’s findings following closing submissions from each party. We succeeded in showing the applicant was of good character! It was a great end to a long week.
